Returns Policy

Please contact us first before returning any item purchase.

Our returns policy is easy. If you aren't happy with your purchase please return it to us in an unused re-sellable condition, including any packaging and manufacturer's labels, within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund, excluding any postage costs.

Refunds must be made to the same card or method as used to pay for the goods originally.

If you return any item to us for a size exchange, then the return postage back to you will be £4-£8, which we can charge to the card that was used to place the order originally.

When returning any item to us for whatever reason, it is your responsibility until the goods have been delivered to us. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Warranty Returns

Should your product develop a fault whilst still under warranty, we can sort it for you.

Please contact us before returning warranty.

Sometimes the Manufacturer will want to see the warranty item. This may slow down the replacement of the item; if this is the case we will keep you informed of what is happening and the turn around time.

All postage costs associated with returning the product to us will be at your expense.
