Free Click & Collect or careful van delivery

Free Click & Collect is our first and simplest option. Collect your bike from Larkfield Cycles at no delivery charge. We will contact you as soon as it is ready, so please wait for confirmation before travelling.

Collection and delivery options

• Free Click & Collect: Collect from Larkfield Cycles at no delivery charge.
• Adult bikes under £2,000: £30 to selected local postcodes, or £50 across the wider regional delivery area.
• Adult-bike orders of £2,000 or more: £30 across the wider regional delivery area.
• Kids' bikes: £45 delivery.

Adult bikes are normally delivered by hand, not sent boxed through a parcel courier. Where local van delivery is available, your bike will be delivered by Larkfield Cycles so it can be handled carefully throughout the journey.

The exact delivery option and price are calculated from your postcode, basket value and the bike ordered. Van delivery is available only within the eligible postcode areas shown at checkout.

What happens next

• Place your order for the bike you would like.
• Collecting? We will contact you when your bike is ready.
• Having it delivered? We will confirm delivery for your postcode, explain the applicable charge and arrange a suitable slot with you.

Buy a bike from Larkfield Cycles and your first service is on us!

Simply pop the bike back to us and leave it with us for 1-2 working days, where we will make sure the bike is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

We recommend you bring the bike back to us around 6 weeks following your purchase, and will honour this service up to 3 months.
